Do I have to be on camera?
No. Talking-to-camera clips help, but we can build videos from footage of your space, products and team plus B-roll. You choose.
Do you use AI? Will it look fake?
We use AI tools to speed up editing and create ambient B-roll (spa scenes, textures, product-style shots). We never use AI to create fake patients, fake results or fake reviews. Realistic AI footage is labeled as the platforms require.
What about before/after photos and medical claims?
We only use before/after content you provide with signed patient consent, and you approve every video before it posts. You set the claims and wording your practice is comfortable with.
Do you guarantee bookings or followers?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee delivery: if we miss an agreed posting week, that week is free.
Where are you based? What hours do you work?
We work remotely and cover US business hours for approvals and messages. Replies within one US business day.
Is there a contract?
